We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at sun@porvami.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned with all original accessories, cases, and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance, worn or damaged items, or products showing signs of use, cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
